Be real. Be decent.

These rules apply to profiles, photos, messages, dates, and support requests.

Use your real self

• Use one account for yourself and only photos you have the right to share.
• Be truthful about your age, identity, relationship status, and intentions.
• Do not impersonate, scam, solicit, advertise, or use automation.

Respect boundaries

• No harassment, threats, stalking, coercion, hate, degradation, or sexual pressure.
• No explicit content, non-consensual imagery, exploitation, or sexual content involving anyone under 18.
• A match is not consent. A past yes is not a permanent yes. Stop when someone says no or ends contact.
• Do not publish another member’s profile, messages, photos, workplace, or location without permission.

Use messaging like a person

Compatible members may message without buying attention or waiting for a daily ration. That freedom is not permission to mass-message, repeat unwanted contact, send deceptive links, or move people off-app aggressively. High-volume patterns can be reviewed when they create spam or safety risk.

What Solid may do

Solid may reject content, limit access, pause a profile, preserve narrowly scoped report evidence, or suspend an account. Serious or credible risks can be contained before an investigation is complete. Enforcement is based on safety and conduct, never payment or popularity.

Report, block, or appeal

Use the Safety action in a conversation to report and block. The reported member is not told who reported them. If Solid acts on your account, use Account → Support & appeals or email support@meetsolid.app. Immediate danger belongs with local emergency services, not Solid.
